Resumen: En este artículo se indaga sobre los orígenes postistas del teatro de Francisco Nieva, así como sobre la relación entre este autor, las vanguardias históricas y el romanticismo. Una vez establecida la vinculación de este dramaturgo con el postismo, se destacan una serie de características de este movimiento que tienen claro reflejo en la obra nieviana.

FRANCISCO NIEVA AND VANGUARDISM: POSTISMO

Abstract: This article explores the origins of Francisco Nieva's theatre in postista movement, as well as the relationship between this playwright, the historical avant-garde and romanticism. Once the link between this playwright and postismo has been established, a series of characteristics of this movement that are clearly reflected in Nieva's work are highlighted.
